Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We will be happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase if the item is returned in the original condition, with tags. The item must be in new condition. Email us at sales@boutiquetou.com for a return authorization. We stand behind our products. If you have an item that is more than 7 days, and has a defect, we can offer you an exchange or store credit, for up to 30 days from purchase.

Shipping Charges

If the item is defective and was purchased within 30 days (proof of purchase required) we will reimburse shipping charges incurred for the return.
